Shipping and Returns   

At Mulaya, we strive to offer a simple and secure shopping experience. Here you will find all the necessary information regarding shipping, exchanges, and returns. 

Shipping

Deadlines and costs*  

- Store pickup: 2-3 business days (excl. Saturdays) - free of charge

- Spain and Portugal (Mainland): 2-3 business days – €4.95.  

- Balearic Islands: 3-5 business days – €10.99.  

- Europe (Great Britain, Germany, and France): 6-10 business days – €15.99 (duties and taxes at destination are the customer's responsibility). 

*Free shipping on orders over €45 or for deliveries to store within the mainland.

Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Remote areas may require longer delivery times.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email; if you do not receive it, please contact us at info@mulaya.com. Do not forget to check your Spam or junk mail folder.

Additional information

- For orders shipped to store, you will receive an email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. When your purchase is at the chosen store, we will inform you again so you can come pick it up.

- In the event of out-of-stock items, the amount of the affected item will be refunded, and the rest of the order will be sent.  

- Orders rejected by the customer will incur a charge of €5.99 for return to the warehouse.  

- These deadlines may be modified during sale periods or promotions, which may result in longer delivery times. 

- We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

- In the case of home delivery, you will receive a tracking number that you can check via the following link: https://www.mrw.es/seguimiento/envio.asp

Exchanges and Returns

Deadlines

- Exchanges and returns: 30 calendar days from the shipping date.  

- Store pickup: Maximum 15 business days.  

Exchanges

- First exchange free for home delivery orders (size or color).  

- Request via email to info@mulaya.com indicating the order reference and details of the exchange.  

Returns

1. In store: Free. Present the invoice and the garments in perfect condition.  

2. To your home: Request at info@mulaya.com indicating the order reference (9 letters) in the subject line as RETURN + ORDER REFERENCE

   - Costs:  

     - Mainland: €3.00.  

     - Balearic Islands: €10.99.  

     - Europe: €15.99.  

Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the order (14 business days).
